Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel a yoga class you have booked, please do this 4 Hours before the start of the class. You can cancel or reschedule the class yourself through the website. your class will be credited back to you. If you require help with this please notify me before the 4 hour cancellation window and I can help you. No Shows Failing to show up for a booked class without cancelling, or notifying me 4 hours before the class begins will result in the loss of the class. Cancelling a 1-1 session or Reiki Treatment For private classes and reiki treatments I operate a 24hr cancellation policy. If less than 24 hrs notice is given then I will charge 50% of the agreed price for that session. Cancellation of a Class by me On occasion it may be the necessary for me to cancel a class, due to ill health or other unforeseen circumstances. Should I need to do this I will credit the class back to you. Holidays During holiday times when there are no classes running, I will extend your pass for the equivalent time to allow for the pause in classes. Pass Expiration Passes are non refundable. Once a pass has expired classes can no longer be used, please contact me if you wish to discuss the extension of your pass due to unforeseen circumstances.
